  • We’ll work together from the very first steps of business set up, building solid business foundations, we’ll work on your brand values, mission and vision, identifying your target customer, brand positioning and trademarking your business.

    Once we nail this it’s then onto getting those ideas onto paper, connecting you with the right designers, fabric suppliers and factories to help you bring that idea to life.

    We’ll go through the souring and sample development phase and fit process together getting from first fit to approved and ready to start production. I’ll show you how to negotiate with factories, how to work out your target cost price and what to retail your products to be profitable.

    We’ll work on your launch plan, how to market your business, the customer journey and how to get people to buy from you so you can launch and make sales from day one.

    Think of me as your business bestie who you can lean on from day one, to keep you going, to hold you accountable and cheer you on from the side lines. You’ll have access to me and my experience every step of the way.
